Eco Music

Artist Agreement

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Your ownership

You keep ownership of the music, recordings, compositions, artwork, names, biographies, photographs, and other material you submit to Eco Music.

This agreement does not transfer ownership of your content to Eco Music.

Your rights and permissions

By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have all rights, licences, permissions, and consents required for Eco Music to use it as described in this agreement.

This includes, where relevant, rights relating to:

  • sound recordings and compositions;
  • performers and collaborators;
  • samples and third-party material;
  • artwork, photographs, logos, and visual material;
  • artist names, stage names, and branding; and
  • credits and other release information.

Licence to Eco Music

While your approved content is available through Eco Music, you grant Eco Music a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, stream, transmit, display, format, and make that content available through the service.

You also allow Eco Music to use reasonable excerpts, artwork, artist names, and related release information to promote that content and the Eco Music service.

The licence is limited to operating, improving, distributing, and promoting Eco Music and your presence on the platform. It does not give Eco Music ownership of your content.

Removal of your content

You may request removal of your releases through the artist tools or by contacting Eco Music. We will process reasonable removal requests within a reasonable period.

Limited copies or records may remain where reasonably necessary for backups, security, moderation, dispute resolution, copyright matters, legal compliance, or internal records, but removed content will no longer be intentionally made available for normal public streaming through Eco Music.

Credits, collaborators, and royalties

You are responsible for providing accurate release information and for obtaining any approvals required from collaborators, performers, producers, writers, publishers, labels, licensors, or other rights holders.

Unless Eco Music expressly agrees otherwise in writing, you remain responsible for any royalties, licence fees, accounting, or payments owed to third parties in connection with the content you submit.

Review and publication

Submission does not guarantee publication. Eco Music may review content before or after publication and may reject, restrict, unpublish, or remove content where reasonably necessary because of rights concerns, inaccurate information, safety issues, platform abuse, violations of Eco Music policies, or applicable law.

Copyright complaints

If Eco Music receives a credible copyright or rights complaint relating to your content, we may temporarily restrict or remove that content while the matter is reviewed and may contact you for further information or evidence of your rights.

Repeated or serious infringement may result in removal of content or restriction of an artist account.

No guaranteed results

Eco Music does not guarantee acceptance, a particular number of plays, followers, recommendations, revenue, professional opportunities, or any particular level of exposure.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit where those claims result from your lack of the rights or permissions you confirmed you had, subject to any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to this agreement

Eco Music may update this Artist Agreement as the service develops. Material changes will be shown by updating the date on this page. Changes will apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law.
