We generally collect information directly from you when you create or update an account, upload music or artwork, create playlists, follow artists, report content, contact us, or otherwise use Eco Music.

Some information is generated automatically through your use of the service, such as listening activity, account activity, and technical or security records.

• provide and maintain Eco Music;
• authenticate users and keep accounts secure;
• stream music and operate listener features;
• personalise recommendations, including Eco Flow;
• publish and manage artist profiles and approved releases;
• review artist submissions and content reports;
• provide artist and platform analytics;
• prevent fraud, abuse, manipulation, and security incidents;
• respond to support requests and legal or copyright concerns; and
• understand and improve how Eco Music is used.

Service providers and storage

Eco Music uses third-party technology providers to operate the service. This currently includes Supabase for services such as authentication, database functionality, and file storage, and Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and hosting-related services.

Personal information may therefore be processed or stored using infrastructure operated by these providers. The location of processing or storage may vary depending on the provider and configuration used by Eco Music.

Browser storage and cookies

Eco Music uses browser storage, including local storage, to support features such as authentication, session functionality, and notification state. We may also use functional cookies or similar technologies to remember interface preferences.
