Account and sign-in
Magic links can take a moment to arrive. Check spam, use the same browser, and request a fresh link if the first has expired.
Playback problems
Refresh once, confirm the track is approved, and check that the browser has permission to play audio. Demo tracks may have limited library actions.
Artist submissions
Open Artist Portal to see pending, approved, or rejected releases and any admin review note.
Copyright or harmful content
Use the three-dot report action on the relevant track or artist. Copyright notices are explained on the takedown page.
